About the Process Insight Engine (PIE)

I created this app during my summer internship at Microlink Devices. PIE is used to record daily checklists and sync all data to the company's internal database. The app records the data entered by operators, the operator that entered the data, the time of data entry, and if the entires were out of spec. It also keeps track of the engineer created ideal operational ranges for all the data points. The data is cached on an operator tablet, when the tablet is connected to the internal network the data is uploaded to the database. The app is also used to notify operators when items are out of spec. One of the highlights of the app is the ability to create custom checklists entirely through the gui, because of this multiple engineering teams used the app to modernize their daily checks.
